• Insiders list information: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and your consent choices.
• Consent records: the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time you submitted the form, the page you submitted it from, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We keep these records to document express written consent as required by telecommunications rules.
• Marketing attribution: campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) contained in the link you used to reach the site.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar log data collected automatically when you use the Services.

• To add you to the Insiders list and confirm your sign-up.
• To send you text messages and email about pre-sale pricing, the Founding Membership release, opening updates, promotions, and events — only where you have opted in.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

X. International users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
